We are so excited to be hosting a hands-on class for home dairy products! This class is for beginners or anyone who would like a little "refresher" on how to make basic dairy products in your own kitchen. In this 3-hour session will try to cover as many quick and simple products as possible. Here is what is on the line-up: introduction/basic handling, whipped cream, half & half, butter, yogurt, farmer's cheese (aka pot cheese), 30-minute mozzarella, and more.
